Have FUN and Be ACTIVE!
We want you to stay active and healthy and keep developing your physical skills whilst you are at home school.
As we are currently learning from home and unable to leave the house for long periods. I want you to try to see how active you are being at home by completing a home school activity diary a few days of the week. I want you to challenge yourself and beat your total active time from the previous day. Try to be creative in your activities.
Every day you should try to raise your pulse for around an hour in total. This may sometimes be during one of our activities but, when it’s not, you can still do pulse raising activities for yourself. Being active is so important for us all, especially when you are young, so keep moving every day. Remember we should be active for at least 60 minutes a day and we would usually have break, lunch and PE to be active.
Below I have attached a list of websites where you can get some ideas of physical activities to do at home.
Please make sure that you perform all activities in a safe space, removing all objects that could become a trip hazard.
