PE Home Learning
As we are currently learning from home and unable to leave the house for long periods.
. This may sometimes be during one of our activities but, when it’s not, you can still do pulse raising activities for yourself. Being active is so important for us all, especially when you are young, so keep moving every day. Remember we should be active for at least 60 minutes a day and we would usually have break, lunch and PE to be active.
Below I have attached a list of websites where you can get some ideas of physical activities to do at home.
Please make sure that you perform all activities in a safe space, removing all objects that could become a trip hazard.
